Find the Children welcomes volunteers to assist in its cause by disseminating information about
missing children. Volunteers are a valuable asset in our search for missing children because one out
of seven missing children is found as a result of a photo recognition.
Volunteer Flier Distribution Program: Find the Children has assisted thousands of families by distributing fliers through its Volunteer Flier
Distribution Program. Once a month, volunteers are mailed a packet of fliers with photos of missing
children to distribute in their communities.
Find the Children also works with the media by providing current information and photos of missing
children, in addition to supporting legislation that provides positive action to ensure the safety of
children.

BECOME A NATIONAL ADVOCATE
At Find The Children we welcome volunteers because we value the importance of reaching out to the community. Our volunteers focus on one of three major tasks: flyer distribution, administrative help, and/or attending and disseminating information at community events.FTC’s Flyer Distribution Program is comprised of approximately 100 volunteers throughout the United States. Volunteers post flyers of missing children in diverse locations, such as retail stores, gas stations, libraries, schools, and recreational centers. Flyer distribution packets are sent on a monthly basis and on occasion we will send out emergency mailings.
